When the soil underneath the slab is poorly compacted, it can no longer hold the weight of the concrete slab causing it to settle. Our PolyLevel System injects PolyLevel foam underneath the slab, filling the void underneath. The foam begins to harden once void is filled, allowing the slab to be raised and stabilized. 

This commercial property owner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to repair their sinking and cracked concrete walkway. If this had gone without repair, the concrete poses a dangerous tripping hazard to pedestrians. Our crew began by raising the walkway to bring it to a level position.
