Quality 1st Contracting was called in by Brandywyne East in Brielle, New Jersey to fix their broken concrete sidewalk. The old concrete was cracked, and in need of repair. Quality 1st was able to come in and not only replace the cracked sidewalk, but put in a second walkway connecting the parking lot to the sidewalk. Now there are no more cracks, and a smooth walkway for everyone to enjoy.
Quality 1st Contracting was called in to fix the broken and dangerous concrete stairs at the Scenic Ridge Association in Atlantic Highlands. With large cracks in the stairs, they had become too dangerous to walk on, and they were causing a lot of problems for the tenants. Thankfully Quality 1st was able to take out the old concrete, and replace the stairs with new concrete. Now the stairs are safe to walk on once again, and there are no more hazardous conditions.
Quality 1st Contracting was contacted by a property manager for this apartment complex in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. The manager noticed the roof was undergoing some deterioration and decided it needed to be replaced. The work was done by the roofing divsion, Klaus Roofing Systems by Quality 1st. The crew arrived at the site, on time, and installed a brand new roof. In the end, the complex underwent a successful transformation. The property manager was very happy with the service!
When the Gwynedd Train Station in Ambler, PA. noticed some sinking and settling concrete slabs they decided to contact Quality 1st Contracting for a FREE Estimate on the PolyLEVEL Polyurethane System. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that, when combined, expands into a waterproof, rigid foam that is used to fill voids, stabilize slabs, and lift concrete. The installation of PolyLEVEL began by drilling penny-sized injection holes into the concrete slab.The polyurethane then lifted the sunken concrete back to its original elevation.
Quality 1st Contracting had the opportunity to lift sunken and settled concrete at the Gwynedd Train Station in Ambler, Pennsylvania. With the use of the PolyLEVEL Polyurethane Injection System, Quality 1st Contracting was able to lift the concrete and bring it back to its original elevation. The project was completed in the span of 8 hours for 2 days.
