The Property Manager of Meadow Creek, located in Manalapan, NJ, contacted Quality 1st Contracting to replace the worn out and sinking concrete in the development. Old and sinking concrete can create tripping hazards, making it a hassle for the development. By replacing it, you are increasing the property value and protecting the residents within the development. We sent out our contracting team to the job site, where they were able to pour a completely new sidewalk.
Our crew delivered fresh mix concrete to the site and got to work. They first ripped up the old sidewalk, carrying the concrete in barrels to the concrete truck. Our concrete truck then poured the freshly mixed concrete onto the sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was filled, our crew then smoothed out the concrete, making sure it was evenly spread and filled the area. Meadow Creek now has brand new sidewalks for their residents to safely use.

A basin can be one of the best ways for water to drain in an area, but they can also create a huge problem if they get clogged. This is what happened to the detention basin at the Hampshire Hills in Jackson, New Jersey. The outlet structure holding water and stone apron became clogged with silt and grass, and it needed to be fixed. To complete this job Quality 1st Contracting first excavated and removed everything. Then we installed filter fabric to the refurbished apron and installed stone. We also created an access path with top soil, seed and erosion control fabric. Now the basin is up and running, and better than ever.
Quality 1st Contracting lifted and leveled the entire walkway area around the St. Francis Assis Cathedral School located in Metuchen, NJ using PolyLevel solution. We drilled small penny size holes into to concrete slabs and injected PoyLevel foam underneath to lift and raise the slabs back to level, removing the trip hazard.
