Quality 1st Contracting Before & After Photos

Property Manager of The Club located in East Brunswick, contacted Quality 1st Contracting to replace the curbs in the development.  Quality 1st sent Concrete Specialist, Dori Novick, out to inspect the property and provide the best solution. 

Project Manager, Roberto Cruz, and his crew broke up the old crumbling curbs. With the help of Quality Concrete, the crew was able to use the freshly mixed on site concrete to create new curbs for the development. 

With help from Concrete Specialist, Dori Novick, Foreman, Roberto and his crew were able to replace the old, broken curbs with brand new ones in The Club located in East Brunswick, NJ. The Property Manager as well as the residents were very pleased with the completed work. Quality 1st Contracting was able to provide a solution that greatly satisfied The Club community. 

This community in North Brunswick, New Jersey needed new concrete around their clubhouse to remediate the trip hazards near the pool. Our Quality 1st Contracting team was contacted to get the job done so that the pool could reopen in time for the summer season. 

Our Quality 1st Contracting team worked diligently to remove the old and cracked concrete from there we leveled the area to ensure the sidewalks had a positive pitch away from the clubhouse. From there, our team poured the concrete and applied a light broom clean finish. 

Our Quality 1st Basement Systems contracting team provided aide for this property owner in Edison, New Jersey. The concrete sidewalk was sinking and becoming unlevel, and if this had gone without repair, the sidewalk could have been a tripping hazard to residents. our Quality 1st team replaced the sidewalk by installing new cement that is safe to walk on!
