Challenge

The rear of the building had settled and opened a hole thru the foundation large enough to climb thru. Because of the settlement the brick on the building was cracking and the decks above were leaning. Because of the proximity to the beach the soil conditions are primarily sand.

Solution

Quality 1st Basement Systems installed 3 Helical Piers on the rear of the building.

The building was lifted back in place. During the lifting process we were able to lift the building approximately 6". Upon lifting the building the damaged foundation wall was restored and the brick on the building was restored to level. All cracks were sealed.
