Quality Contracting’s Jessica Long was honored to receive  New Jersey’s Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Outstanding Young Professional award. CAI is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the education and resources necessary to foster vibrant, responsive, competent, community associations and helping them promote harmony and responsible leadership.

The Outstanding Young Professional Award is given to those who make a difference in the lives of others through volunteer work, a self-sacrificing spirit, diligence, reliability, and determination.

A graduate of Ramapo College, Jessica brings a focused, intelligent, and caring approach to each job and is a true professional. Having previously worked with her family owned construction company she has lifelong experience in all phases of home improvement. Having gained hands on experience on
repairs and renovations she understands the true value of customer service.

This award recognized Jessica for her dedication working within communities to help make their homes and grounds  safe and beautiful. She is known throughout New Jersey’s communities as the one to call for all projects, big and small. In business and in her professional life, Jessica always goes the extra mile to help others and make a difference in the lives of everyone she meets. In the past year alone, Quality 1st Contracting created a 9/11 memorial for the township of Aberdeen, participated in the Backpacks for Student’s campaign, Warm Wishes warm clothing drive with the United Way, and, while creating a recreation center for the residents, donated a full kitchen and playground.
