Quality Contracting’s Jessica Long was honored to receive New Jersey’s Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Outstanding Young Professional award. CAI is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to providing the education and resources necessary to foster vibrant, responsive, competent, community associations and helping them promote harmony and responsible leadership.
The Outstanding Young Professional Award is given to those who make a difference in the lives of others through volunteer work, a self-sacrificing spirit, diligence, reliability, and determination.
A graduate of Ramapo College, Jessica brings a focused, intelligent, and caring approach to each job and is a true professional. Having previously worked with her family owned construction company she has lifelong experience in all phases of home improvement. Having gained hands on experience on

In the past year alone, Quality 1st Contracting created a 9/11 memorial for the township of Aberdeen, participated in the Backpacks for Student’s campaign, Warm Wishes warm clothing drive with the United Way, and, while creating a recreation center for the residents, donated a full kitchen and playground.
