Sunken Concrete Lifted in Monmouth County, NJ

This commercial property manager in Monmouth County, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Contracting when they noticed the concrete slab was sinking and settling. They got in touch with our Account Representative, Jessica Long, who was able to inspect the area and help them with a solution. If this concrete had gone without repair, it could pose a dangerous tripping hazard.

Our Quality 1st Contracting team arrived at the job site and began the process of repair and lifting the concrete. They used PolyLevel Injections to lift the sinking concrete. This is done by drilling tiny holes into the slab and injecting the polyurethane foam to fill the voids underneath the slab.

When the job was complete, the property manager was happy with the outcome. The residents were able to safely walk on the concrete without the concern of tripping.
