This community in North Brunswick, New Jersey needed new concrete around their clubhouse to remediate the trip hazards near the pool. Our Quality 1st Contracting team was contacted to get the job done so that the pool could reopen in time for the summer season.
Our Quality 1st Contracting team worked diligently to remove the old and cracked concrete from there we leveled the area to ensure the sidewalks had a positive pitch away from the clubhouse. From there, our team poured the concrete and applied a light broom clean finish.
Our Quality 1st Basement Systems contracting team provided aide for this property owner in Edison, New Jersey. The concrete sidewalk was sinking and becoming unlevel, and if this had gone without repair, the sidewalk could have been a tripping hazard to residents. our Quality 1st team replaced the sidewalk by installing new cement that is safe to walk on!
The Property Manager of Meadow Creek, located in Manalapan, NJ, contacted Quality 1st Contracting to replace the worn out and sinking concrete in the development. Old and sinking concrete can create tripping hazards, making it a hassle for the development. By replacing it, you are increasing the property value and protecting the residents within the development. We sent out our contracting team to the job site, where they were able to pour a completely new sidewalk.
Our crew delivered fresh mix concrete to the site and got to work. They first ripped up the old sidewalk, carrying the concrete in barrels to the concrete truck. Our concrete truck then poured the freshly mixed concrete onto the sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was filled, our crew then smoothed out the concrete, making sure it was evenly spread and filled the area. Meadow Creek now has brand new sidewalks for their residents to safely use.

Our Quality 1st Contracting team was contacted by North Point Hollow to help reconstruct their dumpster enclosures due to continuous damage to the fence from the dumpsters. Quality 1st came in and added bollards to the back area of the enclosure to prevent fence damage. From there, our team poured a new 6” slab with reinforcement.
