Hi Jon, Wes was absolutely fabulous!!  He stopped by to check out the job and see what supplies he would need and then completed the job, which was outdoors in frigid temperatures.  He is very professional and takes pride in his work.  This was my first experience with using Quality 1st for a work order and will definitely be using them again.  I have been using Quality 1st for all of my concrete work and various other jobs that pop up around the community.  Quality 1st did a great job of reconstruction of a room in our clubhouse that was destroyed by a fire sprinkler mishap.   I'M A BIG FAN OF QUALITY 1ST!!!   Regards, Beth D. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and Quality 1st for a fabulous job on our sidewalk replacement.  I've been receiving many compliments on the crew and especially Jose for his communications with myself and the Board.  Everything was done in a very neat and professional manner and the areas were roped off until dry.  Jose came back when expected to remove caution tape and made me aware that the job was completed and that I could look it over with him to make sure it was perfect.  Of course it was! Thanks again for a job well done!  Now on to our next project!

I only had your company talk too, I was very impressed. The installation crew was courteous, careful, and pleasant, and the office staff were great. All in all the job was done and no inconvenience to me.

The Quality 1st Contractors have begun work at my home, and they are doing an excellent job! They called me on Friday, prior to beginning the job to let me know they would be onsite this week. They noted that it is always their practice to call the homeowner in advance of their arrival so that the homeowners are not caught off-guard when they appear onsite. And I must say, thus far, I would definitely give them 'two thumbs up'...very professional, and courteous!    

I just wanted to say the guys are doing great work here - hard work, by a skilled, polite crew. The stone cuts are really well-crafted and if the job finishes up like this I look forward to send a glowing recommendation.  Thank you for bringing in the right company and moving the project smoothly and in a timely fashion.  I personally used your company about 2 years ago for a house I was prepping for sale.  Had PolyLevel injected under the foundation to stabilize the house and raise certain areas of the slab.  Amazing technology and the quality workmanship performed…excellent!!!  I always think of your company every time I see other facilities with uneven sidewalks.
