Photo Album: Retaining Walls in Raintree Community
The Raintree Community is located in the western part of Freehold Township, New Jersey with approximately 1,200 homes and condominiums. The Executive Property Managers noticed that multiple retaining walls had rotted over time.
These once beautiful walls that separated backyards now were an eye sore to the community and those interested in moving in. Some of the patios near the retaining walls were cracking and crumbling, preventing homeowners from using their backyard areas. The Managers wanted a contracting company that could replace the retaining walls and create new patio areas for the homeowners of the Raintree community as so they contacted Quality 1st Contracting.
Commercial Account Representative, Jessica did a full walk through inspection and found four retaining walls that were completely rotted and needed to be removed and replaced. Property Manager, Jose and his team removed the rotting retaining wall, and built a permanent wall out of brick to ensure the wall will not be damaged. Two patios that were connected to the retaining walls needed to be repaired. Quality 1st designed new patio areas, removed the existing ones and built bramd new patio areas for the homeowners to enjoy.
