When Surray Downs, a community in Freehold, called Quality 1st Contracting about the guard house in their community, Specialist Dori Novick, went out to evaluate the structure. The guard house was showing signs of wood rot and general wear and tear. Dori immediately came up with a plan to renovate the little house and make it something the whole community would love.
