Sidewalks, mailbox slabs, and dumpster pads were needed to be replaced at Northgate condominiums in Annadale, NJ. Concrete Specialist, Jessica Long went out to inspect the property. Jessica outlined a plan to remove the broken and sunken concrete, replace the dumpster and mailbox pads, and install new steps and sidewalks. The Quality 1st Contracting crew worked quickly and efficiently to make sure all broken concrete was removed from the premise and fresh concrete was installed along sidewalks and the dumpster and mailbox pads. They installed new steps in several of the residences to replace the broken stairs. The entire community was pleased with the new and improved look to their community.
