The clubhouse located in Bedminster, New Jersey had siding and roofing that was tearing apart and it needed new doors and windows. Residents and board members of the association were very unhappy with the overall  look of the clubhouse and decided to contact Quality 1st Contracting to improve the look of their multi-purpose clubhouse.
Quality 1st Contracting began the project by replacing roofing, including the shingles, leak barrier, underlayment, step flashing, attic vents and more. The crew. then replaced the siding of the clubhouse with vinyl siding for a more appealing and updated look. They replaced all wood trim around windows, doors and cupola, with PVC trim board and replaced all windows and exterior doors. Lastly they replaced all gutters and downspouts to rid the roof of water and getting it away from the structures foundation. In just 2 months the Quality 1st Contracting team was able to fully transform the  Clubhouse. The management company representatives as well as the residents were more than pleased with the new and improved clubhouse. They were particularly impressed with the clean-up of the crew as no debris were left behind.
