Photo Album: Retaining Wall Replacement in Jackson, NJ
Management for a Condo Complex, located in Jackson, noticed a tree was causing one of the retaining walls to bow and decided to Contact Quality 1st Contracting to remove the tree stump and remove and replace the retaining wall. The existing retaining wall was old, failing and now bowing which made it a eye sore for the community and of course unsafe.
Quality 1st Contracting began the project by removing and disposing of the failing retaining wall. Once that was completed, the Quality 1st crew removed the landscaping and the large tree stump in the construction area. Next, they installed and maintained specified soil erosion and sediment control measures. The crew installed three segmental, precast concrete block retaining walls and a white vinyl fence in just 3 weeks. Quality 1st Contracting was able to provide a safe, secured retaining wall to the Condo Complex community. The management company representatives as well as the residents were more then pleased with the construction of the new wall.
