Quality 1st Contracting was started by President and owner Tom Roman in 1986 as a company dedicated to condominium maintenance. Tom and his team were busy working in condominiums all throughout the state of New Jersey tackling handyman-type tasks for the property mangers.
As the company grew, so did their areas of expertise. Tom quickly expanded the company's core services from maintenance, to small repairs, to contracting.
Quality 1st Contracting soon became the largest maintenance and construction firm to specializes in condominiums in New Jersey. By specializing solely in condo associations every day, we have intimate knowledge of the full process of bidding, board meetings, and engineer approvals.
