Challenge

Lightway Electrical contacted Quality 1st Contracting because they needed to install a foundation for a new electrical building. Quality 1st Contracting installed four (4) 18” x 3’ deep sonotube footings with a #4 rebar cage. The foundation needed to be stable because of the complexity and safety of the building. Also, the electrical equipment was extremely heavy and would make the foundation much more susceptible to settlement. With the installation of the sonotube footings, this foundation is stable and capable of withstanding the electrical building.
