US Pavement contacted Quality 1st Contracting because they had a client in need of the specialized concrete and joint sealing and repair skills provided by Quality 1st Contracting. US Pavement was contracted to handle several Lowes stores to repairs joints, patch joints, and replace bad concrete, as well repair interior concrete joints. Throughout the five stores, over 30,000 linear feet of joints were required to be sealed or repaired and 4,000 square feet of high strength concrete needed to be replaced. Some work needed to be done outside of normal business hours to accommodate the customers and deliveries. The work also had a strict deadline to meet that was required by Lowes.
Quality 1st Contracting contacted representatives at Euclid so that they could provide the team with the Lowes approved materials that would be able to be used for the repairs. One by one Lowes stores were addressed with interior, exterior, and replacement. During inspections with US Pavements and a representative from Lowes, additional work was added to the project. Quality 1st Contracting quickly adjusted the staff and schedules to handle the new list of work. Two to three man crews were each handling over 2500 to 3000
