Challenge

Located in Flemington, New Jersey Pelham Condominium Association is a very well known and respected condo complex in Hunterdon County. When the staircase and patio of a unit owner at Pelham was cracking and needed replacement the property manager decided to contact Quality 1st Contracting. This raised major concern for the condominium owner and association because it was a trip hazard and safety issue.

Solution

Quality 1st Contracting began the project by removing and disposing of the existing concrete stairs. The crew led by Jozef G. then poured concrete and constructed the new entrance stairs. The guard rail was installed for the new patio at the condo. And lastly, the Quality 1st team removed and replaced the concrete sidewalk at the base of the stairs. In 3 weeks the Quality 1st Contracting team was able to replace the stairs and patio in the Pelham Condominium Association. The residents of Pelham and the property manager were very pleased with the final outcome of the project. They were particularly impressed with the professionalism, and clean-up of the crew as no debris were left behind.
