Rotting Retaining Walls in Freehold, NJ
Challenge
The Freehold, NJ Raintree Community Association had multiple rotting retaining walls. Not only did they create an eyesore for new potential buyers but also affected the over all appeal the beautiful landscaping had on the homeowners in the community. The property manager needed a professional contractor to remove and replace the rotting walls so he contacted Account Representative, Jessica Long of Quality 1st Contracting.
Solution
Our team lead by Project Manager, Jose Castillo, did a full walk through of each retaining wall with his team to make sure that only the ones rotting were marked for replacement. His team worked together one retaining wall at a time to ensure that each retaining wall would be completed before moving on to the next. The crew replaced up to 10 rotting retaining walls in total. Not only was the property manager pleased with the great work done by our crew but the homeowners were amazed at how appealing the new stone retaining walls made the area around their home look.
